Terms

These terms apply when you buy a Puko or Puko+.

Seller

Puko is sold by NIVORA OÜ, registration number 17301734, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia. You can write to us at info@puko.dk.

Prices

• Puko with Puko+: $59. The first 4 weeks of Puko+ are included. After that, Puko+ costs $12 every 4 weeks until you cancel. You keep your friend if you cancel.
• Extra friends: $59 each. Puko+ costs the same for the whole family, however many friends you have, also if you already have Puko.
• Puko with lifetime Puko+: $149 once. Puko+ and all in-app extras are included for as long as Puko exists, with no subscription. Friends you add later are also included with no subscription. Physical goods such as clothes are not included.

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free worldwide. Local import duties and taxes may apply, and you pay them if your country charges them.

Buying and payment

You pay by card or another method shown at checkout, through Stripe. The agreement is made when you receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery

We ship worldwide with a tracked carrier. Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days. You get a tracking number when the parcel is sent. If delivery is delayed, we will write to you.

Puko+

• Puko+ is a subscription that renews every 4 weeks.
• After the free 4 weeks it costs $12 every 4 weeks until you cancel. We charge you automatically.
• You can cancel or pause at any time in the app. If you cancel, Puko+ runs until the end of the paid period.
• If we change the price, we tell you at least 30 days before. You can always cancel before the new price applies.

Without Puko+, your friend still answers questions and remembers what you tell it, and parents can follow conversations in a basic app. The Puko world, the friends, the stories and the learning universe are not included.

Returns

You have 14 days to change your mind. Read more under Returns.

Faults

If your friend has a fault that was there from the start, you can have it repaired, replaced or refunded. EU customers have a 2-year legal guarantee. Elsewhere, your local consumer rights apply. Normal wear and damage from use are not covered.

Safety and age

The recommended age and care instructions are on the label and in the box. Puko is CE marked for the EU.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. The mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in always apply.
