Returns

You have 14 days to change your mind. You do not have to give a reason.

How to return

Write to info@puko.dk within 14 days, or use the form at the bottom of this page. The period runs from the day you received your friend. For Puko+, it runs from the day you bought the subscription.

Sending your friend back

Send your friend back no later than 14 days after telling us. Write to info@puko.dk and we will give you the return address. You pay for return shipping.

Condition

You may unpack your friend and try it, as you would in a shop. If it has been used more than that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund. We recommend deleting its memory in the app before you send it.

Your refund

You get your money back no later than 14 days after telling us, the same way you paid. We may wait until we have your friend or proof that it has been sent.

Puko+

You can withdraw from Puko+ within 14 days. If you asked us to start right away and accepted that the right of withdrawal ends for digital content, you can instead cancel at any time in the app.

Faults and damage

If your friend is broken, or you received the wrong one, write to us. That is a fault claim, not a return. See Terms.
