What parents ask.

Do I need a subscription?

No, it's your choice. For $59 you get the plush and the first 4 weeks of Puko+. After that it's $12 every 4 weeks until you stop, and you keep the plush. For $149 you pay once and get Puko+ for life, with no subscription.

What does "for life" mean?

You pay $149 once. Puko+ and all in-app extras are then included for as long as Puko exists, along with everything new that comes. If you buy more plush friends, they're included too, and a subscription is never added on top. Clothes and other physical goods are not included.

Do we pay for each plush?

No. $12 every 4 weeks covers the whole family, however many plush friends you have. An extra plush is $59, and if you already have Puko, you can buy it quickly at checkout with no new subscription.

What happens if I stop Puko+?

The plush still works as a talking plush. It answers questions and remembers what you tell it, and you can follow conversations in a basic app. But Pukoland, the friends, the stories and the learning universe are not included. Puko+ isn't the plush. It's everything the plush is part of.

Does it have a screen?

No. Your child just talks to the plush.

Is it always listening?

No. A conversation only starts when your child presses.

What happens to what my child says?

Speech turns into text right away, and the audio is deleted. The text is kept for 90 days by default, and you can change that or delete it all. Everything stays in the EU.

When will it arrive?

Delivery takes 7-14 business days, with free worldwide shipping. Local import duties may apply, depending on your country.

Can I return it?

Yes, you have 14 days. You pay the return shipping.
